До сих пор не вернули деньги!!!Написал заявление на расторжение договора 21.03.2019. В течении 10 дней должны были вернуть остаток денежных средств, естественно с конскими штрафами, но ок, я был согласен. Но скоро уже 3й месяц пойдет, а никакими возвратами даже не пахнет. Звонил, общался, приходил лично. Ответ один — «Вы получите деньги в порядке очереди. Очередь ваша была в прошлом месяце, почему не получили не знаю. В этом месяце уже новые на очереди. Ждите». Что посоветуете администрация?

Спасибо. Деньги получил сегодня утром. Жаль что люди начинают работать по конкретной проблеме только после открытой конфронтации, негативных отзывов и ненужных отрицательных эмоций.

Клуб хороший, нравится заниматься, но не устраивает работа отдела продаж. Мне позвонили и сказали что по моей карте доступны 2 гостевых визита.Я позвала гостя, мы собрались, потратили своё время на сборы и дорогу и в итоге мне заявляют что у меня нет гостевых визитов(И предлагают купить разовое посещение за 2000р. Это просто неуважение к клиенту
