Ходил в данный фитнес клуб на протяжении почти 4 лет, тренажёры в целом хорошие и работают исправно (если ломаются то как правило быстро чинят), теперь о грустном, с каждым годом уровень обслуживания ухудшался, а цены неуклонно (но плавно) повышались. Один из администраторов переодически хамит и ведет себя не совсем адекватно, скорее всего сказывается долгий период работы администратором на одном месте, это лечится только ротацией или увольнением. Тренеры в зале приветливые и профессиональные, к ним вопросов нет, хотя несколько из стареньких больше там не работают, наверное из-за новой политики руководства. Политика руководства - клиент молодец, но нам тяжело сейчас, поэтому мы с него сдерём три шкуры, а если ему, что то не понравится, то это его личные проблемы, это мое сугубо личное и субъективное мнение. Вывод: деградация клуба 100% продолжится. Ввиду того, что я не в силах изменить политику данного клуба, принял решение сделать собственную ротацию и заниматься в другом тренажёрном зале, все просто как 2*2, благо их появилось много в районе. Совет: если Вы пришли впервые в этот зал, то спросите как действовали или будут действовать абонементы в период возможного карантина (во время последней 3 месячной самоизоляции, абонементы не продливались автоматически, то есть ваше оплаченное время тренировок сгорело и отходить сгоревшее время Вы можете только при условии покупки нового абонемента, другими словами Вам навязывают услугу, которую вы ещё не заказывали, тут явно нарушение потреб. прав, если карантин опять объявят видимо и третий абонемент попросят купить, но это уже друга история).

Много тренажёров не убитых и чисто. Есть солярий с нормальными лампами и сауна.Доброжелательный персонал. Для 16й парковой место даже слишком жирное.
