Отвратительное отношение к клиентам, чтобы записаться на массаж или другие платные услуги нужно пройти семь кругов АДА. Потому что тебя могут не записать вообще или записать позже непредупредив или просто перепутав. Я понимаю что им безразлично, но люди которые у них же работают теряют деньги и клиентов.У возник спорный вопрос на ресепшне в клубе, на что реакция была послать к «управляющему». Управляющего нет на месте почти никогда. Кто владеет/управялет этой шарашкиной конторой непонятно, а так с удовольствием бы пообщался. – показать

Пришла в клуб за своим тренером. Без него заниматься бы не стала. Половина беговых дорожек неисправна или часто бывает неисправна, на большинстве тренажеров заниматься просто опасно — опоры ходят ходуном (особенно тренажёр для выполнения гиперэкстензии). Тесно, душно в раздевалке. Барышни на ресепшен… впечатление такое, что их нередко поколачивают злые угнетатели и прям заставляют выходить на нудную скучную работу. Всего два слова : здрасьте, до свидания, не поднимая головы, спасибо, ключам и не швыряются.Так себе клуб. Если бы тренажёры были исправны и не такие потрепанные, можно было бы ходить. – показать
