Выбирала с молодым человеком клуб… выбор пал на алекс фитнес на юго-западной (удобное месторасположение).на сайте оформили заявку на бесплатную пробную тренировку (посмотреть так сказать клуб изнутри) как выяснилось.. этих бесплатных тренировок нет. менеджер клуба провела экскурсию и в пробном посещении клуба отказала.в центральной справочной службе сказали — что менеджеру клуба виднее, есть такие тренировки у них или нет. отличное отношение к будущим клиентам =)на сайте они есть! а в кл убе нет!) очень интересно.если такие неприятные не состыковки уже на начальном этапе выбора клуба — то спасибо! данную сеть фитнесклубов мы обойдем стороной. и друзьям посоветуем) – показать

То что вас впустили посмотреть — это уже хорошо. Есть клубы где вообще не разрешают зайти без оплаты.

Добрый день. Недавно купила абонемент в зал на юго-западной. Возник такой вопрос: почему такие необходимые вещи как страховочные ремни, петли, манжеты для отвеления ноги в тренадере хранятся в тренерской. Почему этих вещей нет в зале? Тренера их выдают только своим клиентам. На мой вопрос в зале, мне ответили: мол все свое приносите! Что простите?! Это тоже самое, что я приду в ресторан со своими столовыми приборами. Обратите внимание на это!!!
