Сначала дочка ходила на занятие в этот клуб, а потом привела меня. Я осталась, а дочка долго не любит ходить в одно место. За 2 года занятий я похудела на 30 кг!!! Помимо основных занятий хожу еще на интенсивы тай-бо, прошла программу питания. У нас замечательный коллектив, хорошие тренеры. С нашего дома тоже ходит одна девочка.

Меня зовут Светлана, клиент клуба второй год. Решила написать комментарий, потому что хорошая программа тренировок, а мало кто понимает это и пишет глупочти. Я обычная женщина у которой работа занимает много времени, муж и дети, всем тоже необходимо мое внимание. Мне как всем, хочется и быть хорошей женой, матерью, а так же нравится себе и быть примером для своей семьи. Фиткервс, Хороший клуб для тех, кто хочет получить результат быстро и потратить не много времени на тренировки. Тренера все об учены хорошо, дают рекомендации, есть программа питания для тренировок, простая для жизни. Интеречно тем, что сопровождают меня тренера и программы есть разные для похудения, оздоровления, и молодых много ходит. Мне нравится, продлила второй абонемент – показать
