12 марта 2020г обслуживал свой автомобиль в данном сервисе - замена ГРМ+ролики+сальники (заказ-наряд У000002364823). После обслуживания автомобиля были отданы якобы демонтированные с моего автомобиля запчасти (замененные). Поздно заметил будучи уже дома, но один из роликов оказался с клеймом 2019 года, а автомобиль 2014 года. И ответ на то каким образом это могло произойти никто не может сказать, в том числе и служба за контролем качества этого же сервиса. Возникает вопрос, менял ли кто мне вообще ГРМ с роликами или просто старых запчастей накидали, взяли 28 т.р. и посмеялись... Жаль живу далеко от Братска, а то бы не поленился приехал бы повторно чтобы прояснить ситуацию. P.S. Служба контроля качества даже уже трубку от меня не берут, а с другого телефона когда звоню в ответ слышу "Добрый день чем можем помочь.."

Записался на шиномонтаж и сход+развал попутно. По приезду выяснилось, что мастер сегодня отпросился и углы не проверить. В итоге шиномонтаж длился вечность и колеса остались не накачаны до рабочего давления. Надо гайки проверить что ли, мало ли.
