С удовольствием напишу отзыв. Занимаюсь с июля 2019 года. Целью было подтянуть мышцы, увеличить выносливость, если при этом бонусом уйдет вес, то совсем прекрасно! На начало декабря мой результат -12 кг, и подтянутая фигура. Конечно это совместная работа моя и Дмитрия (тренер). Каждое занятие для меня всегда сюрприз: разные упражнения и их комбинации. Мы все успеваем: поныть, пошутить, позаниматься. В студии всегда чисто, после можно принять душь, выдают полотенца. В общем если вы настроены на результат, то вам сюда!!! К Дмитрию!!! С ним это реально!

В 5 минутах от метро, уютное место, очень чисто. Тренер внимательный и осторожный, не перенапрягает, но при этом достаточно требовательный. Есть душевая кабинка, очень удобно после тренировки. Кроме отличных упражнений на отдельные группы мышц, тренер может дать советы по питанию. Занятия тренер проводит очень грамотно, нет никаких зажимов. Появляется уверенность в себе и видимый результат уже после 1 тренировки.
