Сама методика тренировок — хорошая и, действительно могла бы быть очень эффективной. Но конкретно в этой студии организация процесса страдает и качество тренировок. После первой тренировки все болело так, что я встать неделю не могла (я в курсе что и как должно болеть, это не единственный спорт в моей жизни, параллельно тренировалась, спортивные танцы), на месте администратора ни разу не было, когда я приходила и тренеру приходилось выдавать мне размер костюма на свой вкус, не попадал никогда, у администраторов (видимо они там меняются и информацию не передают друг другу) регулярно случалась амнезия и мне приходилось одно и то же говорить несколько раз. И самое главное: я купила абонемент на 8 занятий, который действует 1 месяц (об этом можно узнать, когда он подходит к концу или если у вас дальнозоркость в прейскуранте в сноске под звездочкой. Я умудрилась купить этот абонемент перед новогодними праздниками. В итоге неделю я провалалялась с дикой мышечной болью, потом новогодние праздники, потом я отзанималась 2 занятия, которые были вроде как ничего и все, абонемент кончился и все деньги сгорели! 1 раз студия отменяла тренировку по вине тренера и они великодушно разрешили мне отходить ее после окончания абонемента, но я заболела и попрсила перенести тренировка, они ответили, что «и так слишком много шли мне на встречу»))) Смешно, да))) «Клиентоориентированные». Поищу более вменяемую студию =) – показать
