Уважаемые Руководители Салона! Прошу обратить внимание на администратора. Девушка с постоянно недовольным лицом, хамит, грубит и переносит негатив на клиентов. Объясните или научите нормам поведения с клиентами. Объясните что я клиент плачу за услугу салона, она получает зарплату за счёт нас клиентов. Есть много недовольных которые уже просто покинули салон. Теряет не она а Вы. Я не стала терпеть и ушла. Хотя салон нравился и весь персонал очень хорошие. Но из за неё развалиться всё . Она хамит при Клиентах своим коллегам. Не раз была свидетелем как она говорила плохо за спиной клиентов. Те кто Звонил на запись. Не я первая и не последняя. Это для информации. – показать

Прям моими словами написали! Все так! Администратора зовут Наталья, и она УЖАСНАЯ! Я начала ходить в салон с удовольствием, делала емс — тренировки, массаж, маникюр, педикюр, весь персонал отличный, администратор все испортила. Я ушла и больше не ногой, пока вы не поменяете администратора.
