Руководителю на заметку: 1. Витрина с г/к, х/к, кулинарией - продукция заветренная, хребты всегда страшные, иногда скубрия симпатичная, но общий вид витрины не вызывает аппетита и желания купить что-то. Кулинария в страшных грязных ведрах - ну серьезно! Ну нельзя придумать гастротары и перекладывать?! Вы сами то купили бы в другом магазине из таких ведер? 2. У вас отличная витрина заморозки, но почему в ней такая убогая выкладка и она пустая на половину?! Здесь рыба свежая, симпатичная, но почему все вяляется как попало? Отношение к покупателю на лицо - как к поросятам, типа и так съедят! Молоки лосося - я знаю что они приходят блоками, что сами в магазинах их нарезают, но неужели нельзя сделать это аккуратно? Ровно! И я понимаю, что продать кусман 1,5 кг выгодно, но Искитим город пенсионеров - ну нарежьте вы по 0,5 кг, пенсионерам просто тяжело, да и просто этого много! 3. Сделайте что-нибудь с лицами продавцов! Уже на пороге хочется развернуться! А работают так, как будто делают покупателю одолжение! Очень неприятно. 4. Я пару раз в месяц в вашем городе, могу ошибаться, но раньше у вас очереди были, а сейчас никого, может стоит задуматься? И как мне кажется, занятся витринами чистотой и выкладкой - у продавцов есть время! Подведу итог- у вас 0% клиентоориентированности! У вас совершенно не современный магазин, много крутых рыбных магазинов, заедьте, посмотрите выкладку, сервис, ассортимент... Советую завести в ассортимент хребты семги с/м, и на уху и на засолку и гриль! Ассортимент рыбы огромный, а витрина пустая..... И люди к вам потянутся! Успехов вам!
