Бываю здесь достаточно часто (муж постоянно что-то заказывает). Что хочу сказать: МОЛОДЦЫ! Несмотря на ситуацию в стране магазин не закрыли и при условии, что сейчас работают, как пункт самовывоза (так на дверях написано), умудряются консультировать по всему ассотрименту и работают, прямо скажу, очень оперативно и профессионально (особенно взрослый и бородатый. Видимо, он эксперт во всем). Передо мной был мужчина. Начал что-то выяснять на повышенных тонах. Сразу появился сотрудник в костюме (судя по всему, управляющий и, судя по всему, не самоизолировавшийся от своих сотрудников)))) и моментально все разрулил так, что все остались довольны. Качество товара, как всегда, на высоте. Так держать, Империя!!!

Персонал разговаривает "через губу" как по телефону так и при посещении шоу-рума. Осталось крайне неприятное впечатление. Видимо сотрудники неправильно подготовлены и не понимают, что торгуют инструментом премиум класса. Покупка инструмента такого класса должна приносить радость, а не неприятный осадок.

Инструмент продали, уговорили купить самый дорогой, говорят работать будет долго и хорошо. По итогу через три недели сломался, ремонт по гарантии будет не скоро(((( вообщем лишь бы продать, а дольше сами)))
