Вчера, 3 ноября 2015, зашла в магазин Finn Flare в БУМе, заинтересовали зимние шапочки. Я взяла 5 шапок, которые мне понравились и пошла в примерочную, люблю примерять без посторонних. Я быстро выбрала одну за 1600 руб., сразу подошла с этой шапочкой к кассе, чтобы купить, так как меня ждал сын. Меня поразила девушка-консультант( на чеке написано Корягина Юлия Викторовна). Она спросила, буду ли я покупать шапку, я сказала: да. Больше клиентов не было кроме меня. Она взяла у меня шапку и спросила: Вы оставили другие шапки в примерочной? -Да, в примерочной. Эта девушка с моей шапкой в руках вместо того, чтобы её пробить на кассе, пошла в примерочную проверять, лежат ли там шапки... Мне стало очень неприятно. То есть меня конкретно заподозрили в воровстве. Потом она подошла-таки к кассе и пробила мне шапку с какой-то неохотой. Что это за поведение сотрудников? Отбивают желание еще раз прийти в этот магазин. Очень Не приятно.

Отличная одежда и обувь, аксессуары!! Всегда туда семьей заходим! разноплановый модельный ряд, есть что и молодежи выбрать и на что людям посолиднее посмотреть )) Очень хочется такого же качества и детскую одежду увидеть )) Всегда приятно зайти и выбрать себе что-нибудь, и продавцы вежливые и услужливые )) Большушее спасибо Вам!!

У этой сети нужно поучиться сервису! Качество одежды высокое! Мне в силу моей нестандартной фигуры редко что подходит там, но если удаётся найти - покупками остаюсь довольна!
