Собственно, заказал проектор с сайта finebuy. Заказ был оформлен 23 августа, сегодня 5 сентября, никакой информации о заказе я не получал (предоплаты тоже не делал). Написал письмо, ответа на которое тоже не получил. Буду ждать до конца недели или заказывать в другом месте.

Купили у них парогенератор, не подошел, захотела вернуть, но не тут-то было. В Роспотребнадзоре посоветовали написать претензию, если в 10 дневный срок не исполняют обязательства, тогда вступает Роспотребнадзор, Прокуратура и прочее. Документы оформлены так, что не поймешь у кого купил, проверили на сайте налоговой вид деятельности этой конторы, чего там только нет, в том числе ремонт и продажа бу техникой!!! Также зарегистрирована всего лишь в 2018 г, а не 2008 как нарисовано на сайте! Люди, будьте бдительны, это как раз тот случай, когда лучше переплатить и купить у проверенного продавца

Если вдруг вы купите товар и он вам не подойдет, вернуть его мирным путем будет невозможно. Рекомендую (по совету Роспотребнадзора) сразу писать претензию. С момента получения претензии в 10-ти дневный срок ваши требования должны быть удовлетворены, в противном случае штрафы и разбирательства с Роспотребнадзором и прокуратурой обойдутся им дороже. Обратите внимания на печати и продавца в товарном и кассовом чеке, они не совпадают. Какого кота в мешке вы получите за свои деньги неизвестно. В мо ем случае мне был сделан подарок, однако, он не подошел. – показать

Давно хотела себе фен Philips, который отслеживает температуру сушки и сам подбирает наиболее подходящую. Цена везде кусается, а здесь как увидела, то не раздумывая заказала. Очень довольна покупкой, спасибо магазину.
