Купила в интернет-магазине svejoh2o.ru воздухоочиститель finair f4. Данный товар абсолютно не соответствует описанию нет необходимой функции увлажнения и ионизации, хотела обменять его или вернуть деньги.Но продавец не берет трубки, не отвечает на письма.Считаю это обманом!!!Остерегайтесь обманщиков!!! Полностью согласна с Еленой Балаевой.

Здравствуйте, kav.samara1376. Для прояснения ситуации просим Вас написать номер Вашего заказа. Есть сомнения что Вы не приобретали у нас данный товар, так как в базе нашей компании о Вас нет информации. Так же хотелось бы увидеть лист заказа, но думаю Вы не сможете предоставить его, так как не сотрудничали с компанией FinAir. Для нас полезен любой отзыв, так как плохих отзывов, нет, только у тех, кто не работает. Так что, если Вы являетесь нашим конкурентом, большое Вам спасибо!

Данную вещь приобретала в интернет-магазине svejoh2o.ru. Изначально был заказ на мойку воздуха фирмы VENTA которой пользуемся уже 6 лет но менеджер сказал что данная модель finair f4 гораздо современнее и лучше, в ней присутствует функция ионизации воздуха и ультразвуковое увлажнение (РАДИ ЭТИХ ДВУХ ФУНКЦИЙ ЭТА ВЕЩЬ И ПРИОБРЕТАЛАСЬ) по факту оказалось что нет ни того ни другого. Кстати на сайте этого магазина и та и другая функция рекламируются для данной модели. Накладную и чек могу приложить письмом на e-mail (т.к. в отзыв они не подгружаются), а также сфотографировать данную модель и шилдик на ней. Надеюсь все же получить какой либо вразумительный ответ.

Неплохая модель finair f4. Работает стабильно и с качеством, хороший комплекс для избавления от пыли особенно летом. Плюс неплохо обдувает и освежает все помещение. И мощности хватает. Рекомендую.
