Полгода назад купила принтер Самсунг. Но в том магазине, где я брала, меня не предупредили, что картридж, который идет в этот принтер нельзя заправлять. На сайте Филпан Ру узнала, что оказывается такая проблема решается очень легко с помощью перепрошивки принтера. Обратилась. Через пару дней получила «обычный» принтер. Все отлично сделали. Теперь заправляюсь у них же. Очень довольна.

Я нашла фирму Филпан, когда устала получать выговоры за некачественные распечатки документов. Сначала мы только заправляли картриджи там, один восстановили. Потом ребята сделали нам прошивку аппарата Samsung SCX-4600. Теперь по любому вопросу, касающемуся оргтехники, обращаемся в Филпан, и все всегда решается быстро и при высоком качестве.
