24.08.2019 была в этом салоне на окрашивании, желаемый цвет розовое золото. В итоге после проведения комплекса процедур желаемый оттенок видно было чуть чуть у корней, после 3х раз мытья головы шампунем что выдали в салоне для окрашенеых волос — всё вымылось абсолютно. Мастер Татьяна приятная, но сама не знает почему так взялось, тонко намекала, что результат не такой конечно и только со мной краска не взялась розового поддтона.Очень обидно просидела в кресле до закрытия отдала 8000 руб, а в ито ге не то что хотела,так еще и стойкости 0, просто деньги на ветер.к стрижке и укладке претензий нет. Администратор действительно хамка. Уважаемые руководители салона, если у вас будет другой администратор, у вас будет больше клиентов. Хожу к вам давно, начинала у Любы, потом у Юли, потом у Анатолия. Отличные мастера! Но администратор!!!!!!!! Обманывает!!!! Хожу каждый месяц, делаю одно и тоже и каждый раз плачу разные деньги. Так разве бывает! Один раз я ей об этом сказала, на что она ответила: не нравится, можете не приходить сюда! Такого я еще ни где не встречала. Вы же не эконом салон с такж иками-парикмахерами!!!! – показать
