Я, как и многие другие сильно пожалела, что не прочитала отзывы до покупки. А вот у нас такая замечательная ситуация, связанная с фабрикой Фиеста: заказали кресло-кровать на сайте Дивама, оператор Татьяна приняла заказ, сказала, что ждать 2 недели, мы подождали, кресло приехало чуть раньше, заказ принял муж, ребята всё собрали и уехали. Я сама увидела кресло позже. Мало того, что оно отличается от картинки на сайте (другой матрас), у него ещё и механизм неисправен, оно не складывается!!! Когда я позвонила Татьяне с вопросами, она предложила всё исправить матрас и механизм за доплату, сказала, что если я хочу нормальный диван, то надо заказывать "у них на сайте" (к слову, "у них на сайте" при заказе подходит к телефону та же Татьяна).... Я уж не буду говорить, что о таких тонкостях надо предупреждать заранее... В общем, она обещала перезвонить на след. день. Переплачивать мы не хотели, по-этому решили оформить возврат. Нам дали номер Анатолия - сотрудника отдела рекламации, который сказал, что ему нужно посоветоваться с Генеральным по этому вопросу. Неделю я им звонила и писала, мало того, что ответа не было, Анатолий ещё и включал телефон. Пришлось звонить адвокату и составлять претензию. Её они тоже игнорируют, так что видимо свои деньги мы получим только через суд!!! Впервые я встречаю такое халатное отношение к клиентам, не связывайтесь с этими не хорошими людьми!!

Заказывал пару меяцев назад на фабрике Фиеста мягкое кресло Нимфа. Доставили быстро, никаких косяков. Качество тоже очень хорошее. В этом кресле очень клево сидеть отдыхать после тяжелого рабочего дня)
