Во времена СССР был прекрасный институт. Множество разработок, часть из которых работает по сей день и у меня. Кто стоял у истоков уничтожения единственного в своем роде научного учреждения ?

Гиблое место. Зарплата низкая, условия никакие, даже бумагу в туалеты жидятся положить и воду горячую подать... Средняя зарплата 20-25 тысяч даже у работников, которые работают по 5-10 лет, не говоря уже о молодых. Поэтому в основном работают сплошные старики. Начальство любит ставить сложные задания и требовать выполнения в умопомрачительно короткие сроки, невзирая на невозможность этого. Из-за этого в итоге все происходит через жопу, если вообще что-то продвигается дальше отчета в минсельхоз. Коллектив тоже отстой, организация за 3-4 года может из оптимистично настроенного человека сделать унылое гавно, разочаровавшееся в жизни...
