большой ассортимент мясной продукции))) всегда все свеженькое, аккуратненькое, приятно выбирать и покупать. сын недавно потребовал свиную рульку. конечно очень вкусно, но мороки достаточно. воспользовалась хитрым советом подруги и купила уже замаринованную. подруга как раз недавно такую же готовила на дне рождении мужа и очень расхваливала. Обошлась рулька в 275 рублей – увесистый кусок. замаринована пряным соусом с перчиком, паприкрй, чесночком, в общем все как полагается, вкуснятина. говорят можно запекать в пакете, но я по привычке достала и уже обратно смысла класть не было, запекала в своей форме, а сверху прикрыла фольгой, чтобы вся влага не испарилась. какой аромат стоял на всю квартиру- сбежались все наши домашние звери. получилось невероятно вкусно, планирую приготовить такую же рульку на юбилей свекрови.

Балыковая «Ближние Горки» моя любимая колбаска. Всегда любила варено-копченые колбасы. А тут она еще напоминает по структуре ветчину. В составе свиной окорок и кусочки шпика, но его не так много и он какой-то вкусный, хотя терпеть не могу шпик. Выглядит мясо красиво, розовое. Если бы было активно красным, возник бы вопрос о составе и наличием в нем красителей. Всегда обращаю внимание на цвет при выборе любой колбаски. Колбаса не сильно соленая и не переборщили со специями, хотя очень ароматная, но зато пить потом не хочется. Рекомендую попробовать хоть что-нибудь из продукции Ближние Горки, хорошо делают)
