Сходила к лору, врач грамотный, приятный, профессиональный. А на регистратуре сидят три невоспитанные молодые девушки. Захожу в клинику, говорю здравствуйте, а мне в ответ полное молчание, я прямо смотрю на девушку, которая сидит в телефоне, ничего не делает, она поднимает на меня взгляд на 3 секунды и снова в телефон. Не люблю конфликты, поэтому молча подождала их 3 минуты, прежде чем одна наконец то соизволила со мной заговорить и то тон у нее был самый высокомерный на свете. Я кто? Бомж, который заявился погреться, что ли? Нет, я клиент клиники, который пришел за платной услугой(2500), банальная вежливость и фраза «пожалуйста подождите», а не грубый игнор, и всё было бы нормально. Почему таких как они вообще нанимают на должность, где нужно обслуживать людей? Идите мойте полы, если не умеете общаться.
