Сначала хотелось дать рекомендации, как улучшить сервис, но думаю, руководству будет проще полностью сократить персонал операторов: "Совковое хамство при (внимание!) первом же контакте. Трубку сотрудник поднимает недовольным "Алло", чего совсем не ожидаешь, когда звонишь в интернет магазин, далее "здравствуйте, а куда я попал?" А в ответ протяжное с рынка " А вы куда звоните?!". Это не первый опыт, до этого несколько дней назад поднимал трубку мужчина, уровень культуры и навыки клиентоориентированности на таком же уровне. Сам сервис застрял в 90-х, и это, наверное, хорошо, пусть игроков будет меньше, но останутся профессиональные, доброжелательные, понимающие, куда ведет такое общение с клиентами. P.S. В 2019 году вы не сможете зайти на этот сайт и купить понравившееся, сайт не позволит вам ничего приобрести без регистрации и заполнения анкеты))
