Из всех существующих на рынке в России самая худшая. Изначально оговариваешь все нюансы по каждому пункту. Заверяют на все сто положительный результат с доставкой. А в результате все отрицательно. Политика у них такая, виноваты все вокруг но только не они. Отображение при отслеживании не корректно. Посылка еще в Европе а отображается что тебе ее уже вручили в России. Зато на первой строке сайта " Компания FedEx гарантирует высокое качество обслуживания ". К этим бы словам реальное соответствие, а не пустозвонство и обман клиентов.

Хочу оставить отзыв о работе сотрудников офиса Федекс в Москве на Можайском шоссе (FedEx.Center). Задача стояла не тривиальная - надо было вывезти две картины за границу (в Италию). Причем картины размером больше метра - это вызывало дополнительные трудности. О том, как правильно упаковывать произведения искусства для перевозки через границу самолетом, рассказывать не буду, всю упаковку сделали за меня)) я бы сама не справилась)) В итоге, картины долетели за два дня, в целости и сохранности - просто чудо! Два дня я пила валерьянку, сомнения ещё оставались, потому что сотрудники галереи (итальянцы) рассказывали страшные истории о том, как к ним приезжали продырявленные картины, просили получше упаковывать и аккуратнее перевозить. Два раза в день мне приходили уведомления о текущем статусе доставки. А потом - я выдохнула и выпила шампанского!!)) Выражаю свою благодарность за профессионализм и за понимание! Ребята, теперь только с вами, если ещё буду выставлять свои работы за границей. Спасибо! PS. Хотела добавить фото к отзыву, нажимаю на "Добавить фото", но ничего не происходит(( браузер Опера, свежий.
