Здравствуйте !Не возможно до Вас.Мы как благоразумные граждане строго выполняем рекомендации Призидента РФ,о добровольной самоизоляции.Но соседи-квартиранты нет,в квартире находитьсЯ невозможно так как сигаретный дым заполняет квартиру,эти твари кашлют,плюют вниз ,курят.Далее за 30 марта они раз 5 выходили из квартиры,без масок,без перчаток,у меня есть запись видеонаблюдения.По 112 г Балашихи нас грубо шлют ,что это вопрос не к ним,а к вам.В полицию г Балашихи дозвониться невозможно,или ответ что у них много вызовов.Зачем создется илюзия заботы и самоизоляции когда по факту это тупик.Почему какой-то проклятый квартирант В г Балашиха,ул Чистопольская 26-75,может больным без маски заражать людей,нарушать все законы Призидента РФ ,а полиции на него наплевать....
