Пока была в положении посещала занятия для беременных, и мне очень понравилось, за период беременности что-либо беспокоило поминимуму и роды прошли очень успешно!

Должна сказать мне не очень понравилось, должного внимания я не получила. Все как то торопливо и индивидуального подхода нет совсем. Очень трудно научиться правильно дышать, отбросить все мысли для концентрации на упражнениях.Это большой минус. В других заведениях где я успела побывать такого не случалось, хоть группы и были большими, мастер старался с каждым поработать и максимально подробно все объяснить. Может быть это некий хитрый ход, чтобы привлечь больше клиентов к более дорогостоящим инд ивидуальным занятиям? Честно сказать незнаю, но вынуждена вас покинуть. – показать
