На Капоэйру попали случайно, искали наименее травматичное единоборство, но чтобы нагрузка была на все группы мышц. Даже не знала раньше об этом виде спорта, когда увидела их сайт, заинтересовалась, а ещё устроило место проведения и время. Пошли на пробное занятие и нам очень понравилось. Нагрузка достаточно интенсивная, но для начинающих предусмотрено плавное вхождение в тренировки. Очень понравился тренер Артём Андреевич - спокойный, на детей не кричит, но дети его слушаются и уважают. В отличной спортивной форме- все приёмы показывает своим примером. Ходим на капоэйру уже второй год, достижения ребенка за это время - на лицо. Помимо физической нагрузки Капоэйра - это и музыка, т.е. развитие слуха и чувства ритма у детей , а также португальский язык. В общем, ходим на занятия с удовольствием. А ещё на много реже стали болеть.
