Здравствуйте! Покупали у них вакцину для собаки, так как везти её в клинику не было возможности, она крупная у нас. При продаже не предупредили, что препарат надо хранить в холодильнике. Через 2 дня знакомая хотела поставить прививку, а вакцина получается испорчена. Мы сами то откуда знали. Позвонили к ним, объяснили ситуацию, думали может скидку дадут за их оплошность, 980 р препарат стоит. А руководитель их на повышенных тонах отвечает, что это наши проблемы. Получается что продажа препарата и получение денег это их проблемы, а предупредить о условиях хранения это уже лишне. Руководителю этого халатного заведения посоветую, чтобы часто своих продавцов инструктировали о продаже препаратов. Все таки не колбасу продают, а лекарственные препараты для наших любимых питомцев. И не каждый знает о их хранении ((.

Ну это вообще уже нонсенс. А колбасу вы берёте в магазине, что её на шкаф бросаете или в кармане куртки оставляете???? Не знаю кто и что и где покупал, но уж точно знаю, что если покупатель забыл в кармане у себя препарат, то как может хватить потом мозгов, чтоб обвинять в этом кого-то. Прочитала и даже слов нет от такой наглости.

Ответ магазина вполне оправдывает своё халатное отношение к покупателям. Не все люди знакомы с условиями хранения мед препаратов, а ваша обязанность предупреждать своих покупателей.

Видимо таким людям, как вы все продавцы должны под подпись всё выдавать, чтоб потом вот так не врали на каждом углу. Включите наконец свой мозг, вы вообще о чём тут рассказываете???? Бред не надо нести, просто уже смешно.

Похоже, что женщина решила заняться вымогательством. Это видимо способ заработать. Заниматься оговором неизвестных людей, звонить и угрожать, что если ей не дадут денег, то она будет везде писать и обгаживать. Так можно и срок заработать, мадам. Ну хотя бы выдумала более интересную историю, более правдоподобную.

Лучшая ветеринарная клиника Абакана. Нигде не могли установить диагноз собачке 8 месяцев. Нам в этой клинике установили диагноз и выличили нас.Теперь только сюда если что-то случилось
