Решили купить новый автомобиль. Искали у разных дилерах Новосибирска. Остановили свой выбор на "Фастар". Приемлемые цены на автомобили, был выбор комплектации в одной ценовой категории. Свою машину старую сдали по программе трейд ин и получили дополнительную скидку. По трейд ин цену предложили очень хорошую для нас. Помогали с оформлением и выбором менеджер Алексей и по кредиту Алёна. Ребята доходчиво все разъяснили. Алексей идёт на встречу клиентам, согласовал для нас дополнительные аксессуары. Покупкой довольны). Желаем Фастару успехов и процветания)

Цена, сервис, отношение к клиенту порадовали особенно. Допустили в ремонтную зону на осмотр, выявили гарантийные моменты, не стали "играть спектакли", что это "не гарантийный случай", "видим впервые", "сам такой" и т.д. Проблемы зафиксировали, ТО провели, машину ополоснули, чаем напоили. Считаю, что ФАСТАР - прекрасная замена конкуренту с левого берега, в котором 5 человек мне доказывало, что проблему с авто устранить нельзя, что так и должно быть (отщелкнулся молдинг на расширителе колеса), пока сам в ремонтной зоне не устранил проблему и уехал оттуда без закрытия наряда. Желаю Вам сохранить клиентский сервис на том же уровне и постоянно развиваться в этом направлении и Вы будете не то, что первые, а единственные)
