Обращался в данный сервис 2 раза. Первый раз всё прошло нормально (диагностика, замена масла в КПП). Второй раз, для диагностики (что-то зашумело, похоже на обгонную муфту генератора) , так и оказалось , что муфта. Мастер проверив наличие запчастей заявил, что в 17:00 все детали (сама муфта, 2 приводных ремня), будут в наличии, о готовности сообщат дополнительно по телефону. На мой вопрос: -авто заберу в этот день до 21:00? Заверили, что на все 💯 %!!! Озвучив мне цену «под ключ» 12200-12500, точно сейчас не вспомню. На диагностику записался и приехал к 9:00 (мне так удобно было). Оставив авто, вызвал такси уехал на работу.За весь день (а это ПЯТНИЦА) звонка не поступило. Звоню сам в начале седьмого (18:10 примерно), узнать, что да как, а в ответ, МУФТА НЕ ПОДОШЛА, ждут ответ от поставщиков по наличию и срокам. Предлагают новые сроки - следующая среда, называя цены на запчасти КОСМИЧЕСКИЕ : не оригинал от 6500, оригинал от 10000. Сами, в это время пытались найти деталь (купить на AVITO, у частника ОРИГИНАЛ за 6500, где я сам после работы и купил). Привёз данную деталь сам в субботу в начале десятого, забрал авто через 30-40 минут, в ответ только ЧУШЬ услышал и извинения за задержку. Добила цена работы и количество норм/часов = 5 ЦЕЛЫХ ЧАСОВ. Это просто 🏁 финиш!!!!! Думайте сами!!!! Тем более, очень много коммерческого транспорта на ремонте, с таким подходом - хозяева/клиенты в УБЫТКЕ от данного СТО. Решать Вам!!!!! Заказ-наряд 9798 от 31.07.2021г. P.S. Замена генератора 3000 по прайс-листу.
