Доброго всеми дня. Как ни странно, но в первый мой визит я остался доволен, а после второго я в недоумении. Решил сделать частичную замену масла в АКПП, приехал, чтоб обсудить с персоналом нюансы. Заказал масло у них же 5 канистр по 1л и прокладку за всё вышло 4150. Логичный вопрос - сколько стоит работа? ответ 1200, вопрос - сколько по времени? ответ- не больше двух часов! Приезжаю на замену в 17.00, все сделали грамотно, проверили уровень, подключив компьютер для измерения температуры, слилось лишнее, закрутили, прикрутили, опустили и в 18.30 я уже оплатил 8830.90. На вопрос из чего состоит сумма, получаю ответ - 4270 расходники и 4560 работа. Дома читаю заказ-наряд: 1. защита ДВС снятие\установка норма\час 1200, норма 0.3 =360р 2. Замена масла в АКПП н\ч 1200, норма 3 = 3600 3. Выставление уровня с помощью компа н\ч 1200, норма 0.5 = 600р Приезжаю к ним с вопросом, почему работали полтора часа, а взяли за 3 (приёмщик был другой, но не суть), получаю "логичный" ответ - мастер хороший и делает быстро, но по норме надо за 3 часа брать!!! Спросил в двух других мастерских про частичную замену масла по норма/часам и без неё и максимум, с компьютерной регулировкой уровня, услышал сумму в 2500р. По Дзержинскому шоссе есть автосервис, позвонил сейчас (13.09.21) туда - частичная замена масла (на моё авто) с подключением компьютера для регулировки уровня 1750р. Больше ни ногой!!!

Очень странно почему вы удалили всю историю отзывов и наших ответов... Но все же мы очень рады, что вы дали обратную связь, и мы решили это недопонимание! В итоге наш мастер посчитал вам полную замену масла, а была произведена частичная! - Он ошибся, перезвонил вам и извинился, руководство возместило вам остаток денежных средств. Мастер-консультант получил выговор! Всегда рады видеть вас снова!!!
