Купил на Biglion-е купон на мужскую стрижку у них, предварительно созвонившись по номеру с администратором, она подтвердила мою возможность на запись на сегодня на 12ч. Прихожу в салон, а там мне 2 сотрудника в лицо внаглую утверждают, что нет такого у них, мужчин не стригут никогда, но после сами пробалтываются что раньше стригли и по купону. Звоним админу, та долго трубку не берет ни от меня, ни от сотрудницы. Потом сотруднице звонит и говорит, чтобы я вернул купон! Отвратительно, я потерял время и средства, а услуга не оказана, да ещё и с хамством и выражения безразличия. Звоню ей лично, говорит, у меня сейчас нет человека, я сама недавно узнала об этом. Спрашиваю, нельзя ли было предупредить? Она отвечает что верните купон короче, а как вернуть не может мне объяснить сама. Ужас. Боюсь представить как по факту оказываются услуги с таким отношением к клиентам, даже рад что не постригся у них, благо достойных мест по тем же купона полно.
