Записываюсь на время прихожу вовремя а ждать приходится пол часа если не больше,я так могу и в гос клинике стоять на очереди и сдать анализ

Пришли с супругом сдать анализы, но уже на ресепшене столкнулись с бескультурьем и грубостью. Сотрудница клиники постоянно пререкалось, задавала пять раз вопрос на который нам пришлось пять раз ответить , но слышать наш ответ она просто не хотела,в итоге выдала нам «вообще из республики уезжайте». Уж мы сами решим где нам жить. Я понимаю, что на ресепшн в платные клиники идут работать как правило люди без должного образования. Но в этой клинике на ресепшен оказались все как на подбор грубый, индифферентный персонал , которые видимо только вчера окончили школу, и с чего-то решили, что пациенты которые пришли в эту клинику пришли лично к ним домой. Пожелание главврачу подбирать получше персонал на ресепшен и научить их разговаривать с пациентами клиники. Ведь именно персонал ресепшена являются лицом клиники с которым начинает знакомство и общение с вашей клиникой любой обратившийся.
