В примерочных валяется куча вещей, на кассе очередь из-за кассира который первый раз в жизни увидел сканер и компьютер. Простоял в очереди 20 минут, отпустили только одного покупателя. Оставил вещи и ушёл. Сервиса ноль, цены завышены, а качество блошиного рынка возле Темерника!

Весенние обновления в Фамилии уже поступили. Купила себе, детям, мужу на весну по стеганой жилетке теплой на гусином пуху, отличные модельки и цены не вау какие, а с хорошими скидками.

Сегодня 8.11.21 в районе 14 часов посетил магазин. Пользуюсь этим магазином не первый раз, но сегодня был неприятно поражен ... Работала всего одна касса очередь скопилась более 8 человек , на просьбу пригласить кого-нибудь на вторую кассу сначала игнорирование, при повторении просьбы вообще нахамила , :- значит все заняты, нечего подождете.. Или , ну вы же сами здесь столпились... [Хотелось развернуться и пойтиив другой магазин]. затем на мое замечание что у нее маска сползла на подбородок в ответ оно мне вообще начала хамить с оргументами , но я же вас не заставляю маску надеть... [Хотя я всегда в маске!] Кошмар и это в разгар пандемии.?!?! Кто вообще набрал таких сотрудников? Почему не контролируется ситуация в зале? Где все меры? Для себя сделал выводы и перестану бывать в этом магазине. Ибо персонал это лицо\ветрина, так сказать, магазина. И это лицо мягко говоря пока так себе(((

Здравствуйте, Андрей. Сожалеем, что Вы столкнулись с такой ситуацией. Обязательно направим информацию в отдел контроля качества. Мы забоится о своих покупателях и сделаем все, чтобы подобные ситуации не повторялись.

Мне нравится магазин и первоочередное не из-за цен. Я могу позволить себе не прибегать к экономии, но дело в том, что у них есть выбор из вещих «не таких как везде». За это нравится фамилия.
