Повелась на былое качество и накупила вещей из атласного шелка на 70 000 руб. Решила постирать блузку. Продавцы в магазине уверяли, что все вещи прекрасно стираются в холодной воде с шампунем для шелка и кашемира. На ярлычках так же рекомендована ручная стирка. Постирала одну блузку в холодной воде со средством для шелка - пошла вся белесыми пятнами, похожими на срыв красителя и потеряла блеск. Купила специальный шампунь в самом магазине Falconeri и постирала вторую блузку. Все повторилось - на блузке появились белые пятна и пропал блеск. Написала претензию, магазин отказался возвращать деньги. Видимо компания КАЛЦРУ абсолютно не дорожит своей репутацией и не отвечает за качество своих товаров. К сожалению, не могу пока приложить фото, т.к. блузку отдала на экспертизу. Никогда больше не куплю ни одной вещи в этом магазине и никому не советую.
