Приобрели здесь киевницу и два кия для русского бильярда. Киевница оказалась ужасного качества, такое ощущение, что до этого ей уже пользовались как минимум лет пять, а с киями вообще перепутали, изначально мы заказывали совсем другие модели! Конечно же, от заказа отказались. Вот уже почти месяц прошел, а деньги до сих пор не возвращают, менеджер списывает все на какие-то проблемы в бухгалтерии. Никто даже не извинился за допущенную ошибку и не предложил бесплатно сделать замену! В общем, магазин очень разочаровал
