Долго выбирала матрасы для двоих подростков, сначала остановилась на Дримлайн, сделала заказ, но, почитав отзывы про едкий запах, засомневалась, причем, дилер заявил, что все матрасы пахнут, через некоторое воемя пройдёт, если будет сильный запах, то поменяет, я сделала вывод, что мне такой вариант не подходит категорически, тем более в период карантина мучаться с возвратом, если что и возобновила поиски. Решила поискать местных производителей, я живу в Подольске и нашла Димакс. Много положительных отзывов, никаких жалоб на запах матрасов. Представитель компании помог подобрать два матраса, при этом сделал скидку. Причём он мне сказал, что никакого запаха, кроме запаха нового изделия, быть вообще не должно! Хотела взять безаружинные, только из пенополиуретана и с жесткостью выше среднего, остановились на Димакс Онли Медиум Лайт 90 на 200. Заказ привезли в этот же день, доставка бесплатно, оба матраса обошлись в 22850 р. Хочу сказать, никакого запаха вообще, матрасы не в рулоне, чехол серенький и приятный, не маркий, очень удобно лежать, не проваливаешься как на матрасах чисто из наполнителя, т.к. эти матрасы из чередующихся слоёв пены и кокосовой койры. Вывод: дети довольны, очень удобные матрасы, в меру жёсткие и без запаха, посмотрим, как поведут себя в дальнейшей эксплуатации.

Заказал матрас с наматрасником. Достака DPD точно в срок. Оплата при получении. Качество матраса понравилось. Огорчило отсутствие обещанной подушки в подарок. Написал претензию фирме поставщику, обещали связать с заводом. Пока тишина. Написал претензию сам. Ответили. Выслали подушку. Спасибо за хорошую работу с клиентами.
