Мало того, что заказ задержали и не выплатили неустойку, предусмотренную договором, так ещё и зимой нас ждал сюрприз в виде снежка, но не за окном, а прямо в квартире. Здесь "Фабрика окон" уже не была столь же оперативна, как при замере и заключении договора, а обещала прислать мастера через неделю после заявки. И вот в назначенный будний день мастер отзвонился, стоя уже возле подъезда, без всякого предварительного звонка, как принято у всех нормальных компаний. Но почему-то "Фабрика окон" считает, что в будний день человек должен сидеть дома все 3 часа указанных как интервал времени приезда мастера и караулить его. В колл-центре не извинились, обвинили меня что не предупредила, что требуется предварительный звонок и предложили время ещё через неделю. Из окон сифоне ледяным воздухом, квартира не прогревается, снег на окне и им хоть бы что! Делайте выводы сами.

Взялись за дачу, приводим в порядок к этому лету:) С прошлого года заменили самые старые окна. Покажу красоту на фотографии. Сейчас делаем балкон или лоджию, где планируется летом сидеть за чаем. Ее решили остеклить. Сейчас все в процессе, фото только по окончанию смогу прикрепить:) результат пока превосходит ожидания, как минимум на схемах мне все нравится. Очень надеюсь, что эти работы будут отлично проделаны.
