Работа сотрудников нацелена исклюсительно на одноразовое сотрудничество. Недоговаривают условия договора. Стараются продать, то, что выгодно им, а не туристу. Менеджер Дарья, вообще хамоватая особа. Данный офис не реклмендую!

Купила тур на Хайнань.Оператором была "Жемчужная река" но приобретала через "Слетать.ру"У них выходило дешевле чем у других агенств работающих с "Жемчужной Рекой"(а таких агенств вообще оказалось очень мало) Очень довольна и самой поездкой и работой сотрудников "Слетать.ру" Попалась очень толковая сотрудница Настя. Большое ей спасибо за безупречное выполнение своей работы! Еще понравилось расположение офиса(в торговом центре но без лишней суеты, толкотни и давки))) В общем и "Слетать.ру" и "Жемчужная река" превзошли мои ожидания! Ну и совет всем туристам: на своем опыте убедилась-помимо правильного выбора турагенства и туроператора, важно правильно выбрать гостинницу и ее месторасположения и тогда разочарований не случится!!!
