Отвратительно Достоинства: нет Недостатки: ужасное качество, отвратительное общение представителей фабрики Заказывала в магазине-представителе фабрики "Мебликом" фасады для кухни, столешницу и тумбу. Хорошо сделали только столешницу! Тумба по проекту должна была в плотную прилегать к стене, а это значит столешница у тумбы не должна была иметь свеса у задней стенки, о чем был предупрежден менеджер в магазине, но сотрудники фабрики решили сделать как им удобнее. Тумба обрела свес и, соответственно стала меньше в глубину. С фасадами вообще полный крах! Половину сделали кривыми. Отказались переделывать, ссылаясь на ГОСТы и ОСТы, которые уже не существуют (ОСТ вообще 82г. страны, которая уже не существует с 1991г). Директор магазина решил за свой счет переделать гнутые фасады, но забыл, что в заказе размеры указаны были без припусков. После очередного разговора, в котором были обсуждены и размеры и кривизна, все равно заказ сделали с неверными размерами и опять с кривыми фасадами. С фабрики часто звонит представитель Артем, ругается и уверяет, что я сама виновата, что заказ все время не получается. Согласие на обработку моих данных в магазине я не подписывала, а значит что созваниваться со мной может только представитель магазина, а не фабрики. Договоров никаких магазин мне не предоставил, накладных бумаг о том, что они мне что-то привозили тоже нет. Будьте внимательны, не заказывайте там ничего!
