не первый мой ремонт. с компанией познакомился по рекоменндации. друзья год назад сделали санузел. у меня квартира в новостройке однушка. прораб у меня был прораб Кириенко Константин, ему осоая благодарность. на объекте появлялся минимум через день. 2 раза по моей просьбе выезжал инженер Сергей, очень помог даже по дизайнерским вопросам. Вообщем спасибо. Александр Бодявкин. Коммунарка Лазурная 14.

Всегда подходила ко всему с тщательностью. Купила квартиру в Бутово, но достался кошмарный ремонт, предыдущие жители были неряхи. Очень уж недоверчивая натура, десять раз прошлась по отзывам, выбирала бюджетную компанию. Пригласила 2 компании. С одной приехал сметчик, ничего не мерил, просто сказал, что будет стоить 300 тыс. Потом приехал сметчик с Валдая, Тимур, очень вежливый молодой парень, с лазерной рулеткой измерил каждый угол, выспросил каждую деталь,что меня очень порадовало. Смета пришла на следующий день с подробным описанием работ и стоимостью, итоговая сумма 260 тыс. рублей, хотя в процессе смета немного выросла, на 25 тыс. И еще я решила поставить пластиковые окна, они отдельной сметой вышли в 53 тыс., балкона нет, так как 1 этаж. Особенно порадовала дизайнер, Наталья, вместе выбрали плитку и заказали в Леруа. Ребята работали, наши русские, 3 человека, хорошо положили паркет, нет вопросов. Единственно, долго возились с сантехникой, но это скорее субъективный взгляд. Спасибо.
