Буря возмущений по поводу доставки товара, мне пришёл заказ, хочу обратить внимание на то, что карандаш для губ который заказала моя клиентка, совершенно не соответствует цвету, в каталоге он темно бордовый, а привезли ярко малиновый, номер товара соответствует. Шампунь пришёл с браком, открытый и половина осколка на крышки не было, вот как быть в такой ситуации, клиентка отказалась платить за такой товар. Если вы предоставляете услугу, то будте добры соответствуйте лицу вашей компании. Претензия к компании фаберлик, не к сотрудницам которые работают на пункте выдачи.

Добрый день, я представляю лицо компании фаберлик. Сегодня был получен заказ. Заказ доставили в неприемлемом состоянии, шампунь открыт, от крышки шампуня есть откол, колье пришло в открытой грязной упаковке, вот скажите мне пожалуйста, как в таком неприемлемом состоянии я должна раздавать клиентам их заказы?
