В отеле есть утюг и гладильная доска, но нет полноценного шкафчика. Есть симпатичный совмещённый санузел, но в душевой кабинке не предусмотрена дверца и вы будете мёрзнуть под душем. Напор воды очень слабый, поэтому мёрзнуть вы будете грустно и долго. Мыльные принадлежности, зубную пасту тоже не кладут по умолчанию, их нужно выпрашивать. Спасибо, что туалетную бумагу просить не надо )) В номере есть электрический чайник, но водички вам дадут при заезде две бутылочки, в последующие дни этого не предусмотрено (©рецепция), так что бегайте за водой в ближайший магаз. Я бы поставила двойку за водичку, настолько ее отсутствие меня расстроило (сколько раз была в командировках в разных отелях - отсутствие воды я вижу впервые!!!), Но пожалуй, полбалла я поставлю за завтрак, и полбалла за прекрасный матрас, матрас действительно бомбический и соответствует предыдущим отзывам. И полплюсика за чистоту, тишину и отсутвие посторонних запахов в номере. Итого тройка с плюсом. В этом районе есть варианты отелей и похуже, поэтому решать вам ))

Не квалифицированный, хамоватый персонал. Перед заселением решил позвонить и проверить все ли в порядке с бронью. Искали и не могли найти в течении двух часов. Извинений не последовало, восприняли как должное. Ещё веселее было при выселении. Прихожу в отдел за два часа до вылета, прикладываю карту-она моргает жёлтым цветом, дверь не открывается. Спускаюсь на рецепшн и мне сообщают, что оплата за номер закончена, хотя организаторы оплатили до утра следующего дня. Найти оплату опять не могут. Все это продолжалось около 30 минут, пока они выясняли с организаторами оплачен номер или нет. В итоге после получаса препирательств, выяснили, что номер действительно оплачен. И опять никаких извинений, в лучших традициях махрового совка. В результате, чуть не опоздал в аэропорт. Куча нервов, испорченный вечер. Сервис на троечку. Настоятельно не рекомендую.
