Только негатив. Не скажу, что кто-то был груб и т.п., но мозг повыносили знатно, а работу не сделали. Это уровень замены батарейки, не более - привез часы, с выпавшей стрелкой (не особо дорогие, просто привык к ним и теплилась надежда починить). Сразу сделать не смогли, сказали, что если оставлю в течение недели - всё будет ок. Приехав на следующей неделе - никого не было ни в 10, ни в 11, приехав в 14 - встретил мужчину, который был на подмене и вообще был не в теме где мои часы, оказалось их не привезли, пообещали на следующий день - приехал снова, был уже другой мужчина, но часов снова не было на месте (но мне регулярно предлагали по телефону прокатиться в новокосино и забрать их напрямую там, что на секундочку 2 часа дороги, если не больше). В общем договорились, что во вторник точно будут отремонтированные на месте, и снова ничего... предложили новокосино или коломенская... .плюнул... поехал забирать сам через всю Москву. Приехал....стрелку вставили.....только 2 другие на двух маленький циферблатах пропали, сказали, что они мешали (пусть так, но если вы снимаете деталь, с какого черта без разрешения владельца её выкидывать или зажимать? на выходе получил часы с двумя дырками в циферблате - хоть бы фейковые стрелки из тех прилепили, но это реально маразм какой-то + полностью уничтожен функционал боковых кнопок, которые при нажатии тормозили секундную, а потом позиционировали её на 12 часов, но это по крайней мере было ожидаемо при таком ремонте, но выкинуть маленькие стрелки....) + только дома заметил, что отсутствует одно из накладных делений циферблата. Бардак, связываться второй раз не стану.
