Второй раз в году попал на ожидание запчастей. Первый раз 2 недели после Нового года, - проглотил. Второй раз заказал в четверг тормозные колодки со сроком доставки НОЛЬ дней. В воскресенье получить не смог. В Москву специально приезжал на выходные. "Извините, у нас новое ПО" - уже раздражает. Хотел вернуть деньги. Не тут-то было. На многие годы лояльности кассир с инструкцией от руководства компании ответила нелояльностью Вместо того, чтобы вставить банковскую карту в терминал и вернуть на нее деньги, оплаченные через интернет или выдать наличные, компания разработала план по нелояльности, заставляя клиента съездить в банк, взять реквизиты своего счета, приехать лично еще раз в Экзист и написать длинное заявление, нужен даже номер договора по сделке, о котором обычно клиент - ни сном ни духом. Если кто-то не хочет два раза приезжать, может за свои деньги позвонить в банк и выпытать в течение получаса реквизиты своего счета, для возврата денег. Очень милая процедура для лояльного клиента. Экзист заставляет клиентов расплачиваться собственными деньгами и временем за свои неудачи во внедрении программного обеспечения сопровождая это извинениями. Милый способ... Я хотел бы донести это до Вашего высокого руководства. Мне знакомы иные решения, когда компания ценит своих клиентов.

Отличная контора, главное понять принцип работы. Получил заказ как надо. Масло купил у них же в наличии. В целом всё понравилось. Буду заказывать еще
