В целом, данная компания мне понравилась. Я сделал заказ на сайте http://abb-rozetki.su/, цены там были ниже, чем в розничных магазинах, сайт понятный, менеджер Дмитрий оперативно перезвонил мне и мы согласовали дату выдачи моего заказа. За товаром я приехал утром, на 15 минут раньше начала их рабочего дня, так как хотел быть на своей работе вовремя, офисные сотрудники были уже на своих рабочих местах, я, конечно же, понял, что они не очень довольны моим ранним визитом, но вида они не показали и достаточно быстро оформили бумаги. В 8:50 я был уже у входа на склад, кладовщик всем своим видом и короткими фразами показал своё недовольство. Я подождал на улице 10 минут, зашёл на склад ровно в 9:00, подал документы, получил товар и ушёл, всё это было в гробовой тишине. К сожалению, многие руководители торговых организаций не понимают, что, по факту, именно курьеры и кладовщики являются лицом компании...

Достоинства: Отличная компания. В кризисных условиях только у них нашёлся весь ассортимент электрики для квартиры. Цены более, чем приемлимые. Всё оригинальное (заказывал Merten), доставлено чётко и в срок. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера Михаила Микрюкова. Очень компетентно помог сформировать заказ, организовать доставку, оперативно решить все вопросы. Рекомендую. Спасибо. Недостатки: Нет.

Работаю с компанией Евроток уже несколько лет. Закупаю у них комплектующие для своих электропроектов. Хочу отметить всегда большой ассортимент, оперативность и гибкую ценовую политику. Доброжелательный и грамотный персонал. С ними приятно работать!
