обрушили мою мечту о мини. обманули на 50 тр при подсчете скидки за трейдин...((( А до этого пообещали ее и заставили сделать диагностику за мой счет. в итоге так отвратно поступили. За никому ненужную диагностику деньги естественно не вернули.

Добрый день , приехал в салон поинтересоваться покупкой X5 в трейд Ин , стоял в салоне перед менеджерами 5-10 минут , 0 внимания , у меня в трейд Ин Ауди ку 5 на самом фарше с пробегом 23 тыс км , мне менеджер сказал стоимость около 3,5 млн , хоть в среднем 5-5,5 млн , стал со мной спорить что новое поколение с 2019 года , хотя первые машины последнего поколения появились в России в конце 2020 г. , сказал что новые ку 5 на момент июля 2023 можно купить за 3,5 млн - одним словом ,разговор пошел из разряда « глухой-слепой» Неадекваты , считаю что таким людям место на стройке - камни носить !

Покупал машины и проходил сервисное обслуживание с 2008 года. Больше не приеду. Деградация автосалона полная. Не знаю с чем связано. Или отсутствие контроля за качеством работы со стороны BMW или отсутствие управления персоналом. Отсутствие клиентоориентированности, лояльности, бюрократизм и не желание решать любые вопросы. Проще «послать» клиента. Всю историю писать не буду, но некому не рекомендую данный автосалон/сервис с вчерашнего дня.
