Омерзительный магазин. Муж купил мне телефон RG210 Swift II ко дню рождения в сентябре (2013). Приобрел он его в магазине Евросеть на Речном вокзале. Однако же. Когда я вытащила его из коробки - у него на экране была маленькая ТРЕЩИНА в углу! И она не могла там появиться из-за меня! Она явно там была еще ДО покупки. Я сначала решила, что это пленка так приклеена. Но нет! Телефон отвезли назад. Персонал Евросети заявил, что отправляет телефон на экспертизу производителя. Месяц они его там у себя держали. В замене товара или возврате средств нам, конечно. отказали. Но в акте об экспертизе нет ни слова от производителя! И штамп и печать стоят именно Евросети! Получается до производителя телефон так и не дошел? Мало того, что чуть ли не на следующий день появился телефон по качествам лучше, чем этот и за ту же цену, так телефон позиционировался как ударостойкий, однако же уже в момент продажи он треснут. Здорово. Это как и чем треснуть-то надо было? Хорошая же репутация будет у товара, когда Евросеть еще парочку-другую треснутых кому-нибудь продаст. Я связалась с производителем... Разумеется моего телефона У НИХ НЕ БЫЛО никогда. Правда, сотрудник поддержки сказал, что они имели право и сами проверку провести. А зачем врать тогда? Сотрудник поддержки РагГир предположил, что сотрудники Евросети, видимо, проверяли телефон на прочность... А потом впарили спешащему человеку, чего уж проще-то, да? К счастью, компания-производитель согласилась мне бесплатно заменить разбитую часть... Скоро поеду на замену. :( А в Евросеть теперь из принципа ходить не буду никогда. Калачом не заманишь.
