03.04 апреля обратилась в салон Евросеть по адресу г. Домодедово, Каширское ш., 3а с просьбой проверить наличие моего телефона, который сдавала ранее (прошло почти 90 дней) по гарантии. Сотрудники на мою просьбу не проявили никакого внимания, посоветовав ждать 90 дней или обратиться на горячую линию. В крайнем случае могут оформить заявку, поясняющую где же все-таки телефон. Я объяснила, что неделю назад уже общалась со специалистом горячей линии, который заверил меня что телефон через неделю придет(тобишь как раз в первых числах апреля), что я и сделала. Я решила повторно позвонить на горячую линию в присутствии сотрудников Евросети, мне пояснили телефон придет в субботу. Я это сообщила сотрудникам и попросила оформить заявку. Сильвия Евтух начала на повышенных тонах перебивать меня и открыто грубить. На просьбу о заявке ответила:"Ничего вам оформлять не собираюсь, ждите субботы. Понакупают телефоны абы где, потом сюда приходят". На что я ей ответила, что так разговаривать со мной не надо и прежде чем грубить можно спокойно выслушать потом мне отвечать. Я в свою очередь сказала, что в соответствующие инстанции буду жаловаться. На что таже Сильвия Евтух, как оказалось директор этого отделения Евросети, ответила что идите куда хотите, говоря это грубым тоном и причитая в след. Данное отношение к клиентам и в принципе поведение данного сотрудника считаю неприемлемым и непрофессиональным.
