Вся сеть систематически нарушает законы о защите прав потребителей, ссылаясь на внутренний документ, которым простите можно вытереть *опу, т.к. никакой юридической силы не несет. Больше 5-ти случаев на возврат денежных средств за ненадлежащий товар нас отправляли на экспертизу и прочее в день покупки. Сам работал в этой компании при Чичваркине, таких беспорядков небыло, и лично все меняли без каких либо левых бумажек. Отдел рекламации по телефону так же ссылаются на данную бумагу. Не я не мои родственники в эту компанию за покупками и прочим больше не ходим, чего желаю и вам, берегите свои деньги время и прежде всего нервы.

Несмотря на то, что магазин находится в двух шагах от метро, в эту "Евросеть" идти советую в крайнем случае. В целом к сети отношусь положительно, но этот маленький, грязный, с плохим выбором магазин абсолютно не заслуживает вашего внимаения. Разве что деньги на счету кончались!

Евросеть, трепит, но чтоб на столько. На сайте, написанно, что работают до 21:30. Я спешила, отпросилась. А магазин был закрыт в 21:05, вывиски нет. Продавцы, точнее продавец не очень компитентен. Вид магазин, что он под снос. На самом деле без мата сложно объяснить, что там. Если кто из руководства увидит, в чем сомневаюсь, разберитесь пожалуйста

Хороший выбор и грамотный персонал.

пришла сеголня в 9:30 и магазин был закрыт.хоть и написано с 9.безответственные работники.дверь закрыта и свет выключин.и еще табличка открыто.что за наглость. позвонила на горячую линию даже она не смогла не до кого дозвониться.
