Я часто заказываю вещи по интернету и Я ОЧЕНЬ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ КОМПАНИЮ ЕВРОПОСТ!! Надеюсь этот отзыв поможет руководству сделать правильный шаг в сторону улучшения работы своей компании, шаг навстречу своим клиентам. В противном случае я уверен, компания рано или поздно разорится. Доставка выглядит так: звонит курьер, ( скорее всего он делает просто гудок) если вы не успели взять трубку, забудьте о своей посылке, такая схема повторится на следующий день. Предположим вы взяли трубку и выдержали iq собеседника и смогли договориться на первую половину дня, забудьте об этом, первая половина дня у вашего собеседника начинается в районе 15;00 и у него другой маршрут. Потом возникают люди с другой смены, праздники, в общем с понедельника в лучшем случае к пятнице вам подвезут вашу посылку к дому, снова скинут гудок и поедут дальше. ИНТЕРЕСНЫЙ ФАКТ: кслм вам все же повезёт и Вы успеете взять трубку, можно предложить курьеру 500 р сверху и трндв Вы очень быстро получите свою посылку! Курьер перестроит маршрут, выйдет из комы и станет очень сообразительным. Проверено несколько раз! Видимо, зарплаты у сотрудников крайне низкие...Уважаемое руководство компании, пожалуйста, посмотрите, как работает ваши коллеги- СДЭК, DHL. Повернитесь навстречу к нам, вашим клиентам, ведь мы очень ждём своих посылок, отменяем дела, остаёмся дома в хорошую погоду, а ваши курьеры раз за разом проворачивают свои схемы и не доставляют нам посылки !
