Только вышли с этой клиники. Честно говоря, мы супер неконфликтные люди, но эта вся ситуация просто вынуждает меня предупредить будущих пациентов. Во-первых, прием был задержан на 15мин, доктор объяснил конечно, что это из-за пациента, мы это тоже понимаем, но ситуация не из приятных. Далее самое неприятное - расчет на ресепшене. Цену назвали совсем другую, чем озвучивали по телефону. Объяснили это тем, что вчера поднялись цены, но почему-то когда я вчера сама звонила, мне об этом не сообщили. Далее администратор «Юлия или Лидия» , на мой вопрос «а где вообще информация о повышении цен и почему пациенту по факту уже говорят другую» — администратор ответил, что не знает. Как предоставляют информацию вообще сотрудникам? Далее чек не выдали моей подруге, с которой мы приходили, тоже вопросик. Очень долго рассчитывали на ресепшене. Не проинформировали по поводу возврата средств, через сколько дней и тд. В общем, имейте ввиду, что цену вам могут сказать на ресепшене выше, чем оговаривалось ранее

Неприятное чувство после посещения данной клиники. Во-первых, мне не выдали чек за две услуги. По какой причине мне не выдали чек? Во-вторых, была записана на вакцинацию с сыном за одну стоимость и без предупреждения стоимость поменяли на другую. Пришлось очень долго стоять и ждать пока проведут оплату по той стоимости, за которую мы записывались изначально по закону. Так же по закону мне должны были выдать чек. Причем девушке рядом со мной чек выдали.
